Standard shipping on domestic orders - please allow one to two business days for your order to process. The estimated shipping in America is 2-3 weeks, estimated shipping in Europe is 3-4 weeks.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unfortunately, most of the time shipping adresses can not be changed. You can contact us if anything went wrong entering your shipping adres, and we will try our best to correct your adress. We will let you know if this could or could not be changed.
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is processed, we are not able to cancel or modify a shipment.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package has shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to return your items, please contact us on this page. Depending on the reason of return, you are able to send your items back for free or you can get a full refund. Tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will return your money in full. Then, if possible, you could donate your product to a local charity, thrift shop or recycle your product.
